We build one product, and we build it for a group that is badly served by general fitness apps: adult men who want to train the pelvic floor properly. Kegel training is well established, but the instructions men actually encounter are usually a paragraph of text and a suggestion to "do a few every day." That is not a program, and it is why most people stop within a fortnight.

StrivFlow turns it into something you can follow. A structured 180-day plan sets the work for each day. An on-screen coach handles the timing of every contraction and release, with haptic cues so you do not have to watch the screen. Progress is recorded so you can see whether the work is adding up. That is the whole product.

Privacy is the feature

Pelvic health is private, and the data StrivFlow holds is sensitive by nature. So we collect the minimum needed to run your account and your program. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, and we do not use advertising identifiers. You can delete your account and its entire history yourself, from inside the app, without asking us. Honest about what this is

StrivFlow is a fitness and wellness product. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and we do not claim clinical outcomes. Where a symptom needs a clinician, the right answer is a clinician. We say so in the app and we say so here.

Accessible where it is needed

The app is fully localized in English, Arabic, and Chinese, including proper right-to-left layout — not a partial translation of the menus.
