Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the StrivFlow mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by NOTIONCUT LLC ("StrivFlow", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance
By creating a StrivFlow account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
StrivFlow is a male-focused pelvic-floor (Kegel) training app. It provides a structured 180-day program with timed exercises, progress tracking, and educational content. StrivFlow is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Subscriptions
StrivFlow offers Monthly and Annual subscriptions. Pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
A 7-day free trial is offered once per account, to new accounts only. The trial requires no payment method and nothing is charged when it ends — access simply locks until you choose to subscribe.
Refunds are handled by the platform (Apple or Google) under their published policies. StrivFlow does not directly process payments.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, attempt to bypass paywall mechanisms, or share your account with others.
6. Disclaimer
StrivFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pelvic-floor condition, recent surgery, or chronic pain.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrivFlow and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Apple App Store
If you downloaded StrivFlow from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and NOTIONCUT LLC alone — Apple is not a party to them, and we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content. Your licence to use it is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, on the terms set out in the Usage Rules of the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and governs wherever it and these Terms conflict.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation of any kind. We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claim that the app or your use of it causes harm, infringes intellectual property, fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or breaches consumer-protection law.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
