Privacy Policy

StrivFlow · Last updated: 13 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NOTIONCUT LLC ("StrivFlow", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the StrivFlow mobile application (the "App") and this website. StrivFlow is a pelvic-floor and Kegel training app for men. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

The short version. We collect the minimum data needed to run your account and personalise your training. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising. You can delete all of it yourself, at any time, from inside the App.

StrivFlow is intended for adults (18 years of age or older). It is a fitness and wellness tool and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, and — if you sign in with Google or Apple — your name and the basic profile information that provider returns. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your real address behind a private relay address; we only ever see the address you chose to share. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
  • Training and progress data. Your exercise sessions, program progress, streaks, achievements, goals, and related settings, stored so your progress syncs across devices and survives a reinstall.
  • Subscription status. Whether you hold an active premium subscription and its expiry, verified from receipts provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment-card details.
  • Usage and device data. Through Firebase Analytics we collect app-interaction events and general device information (device model, operating system version, app version, and analytics identifiers) to understand usage, triage crashes, and improve the App.
  • Support messages. If you write to us from Contact Support inside the App, we keep the subject, the message, and the email address on your account, so we can reply and keep a record of the request.
  • Optional media. If you choose to set a profile image, it stays on your device — it is never uploaded to our servers, and it goes away when you uninstall the App. The App does not otherwise access your photo library.

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • Your location.
  • Your contacts or microphone input.
  • Identifiers used for advertising, and we do not run advertising in the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and personalise your training experience.
  • To sync and back up your progress to your account.
  • To verify and manage your premium subscription.
  • To understand usage, fix problems, and improve the App.
  • To respond to your support requests.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health metrics or exercise statistics with advertisers. We share data only with the service providers that operate the App on our behalf:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Functions, Hosting) — stores your account and training data and provides app infrastructure. Firebase is operated by Google LLC under their published security and privacy commitments.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — process subscription purchases and provide the receipts we use to verify your premium status.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the App; this permanently removes your account and associated training data. Deletion removes your data from our active systems within 30 days, and backups are purged within 90 days. You may also request deletion by emailing care@strivflow.com. Full instructions are on our account deletion page.

Support messages are the one exception. They are stored apart from your account so that we keep a record of what was asked — a billing dispute or an abuse report should not disappear because the account did — and deleting your account does not remove them. Email care@strivflow.com and we will delete yours too.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or billing will continue.

You can turn usage analytics and crash reporting off at any time in the app, under Settings. Everything else described above is needed to run your account.

6. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and protected by industry-standard access controls provided by Google Firebase. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

7. Children's Privacy

StrivFlow is not directed to children and is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers operated by Google in locations that may differ from your own. By using the App you consent to this processing.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live — including the EU/EEA, the UK, and California — you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email care@strivflow.com or use the in-app Contact Support flow. We respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
